David Keene is a Past President of the National Rifle Association, and the opinion editor of The Washington Times. He has written about the execution-style murders of two New York City police officers, and the blaming of others that has taken place. Keene explains that only the criminal can be held responsible for the crime, not commentators, protest leaders or the mayor of New York City. Doing so, he says, is counterproductive and dangerous. He discusses the issue of mental health in United States, and the need to invest in the mental healthcare system, which will bring real safety to America. Originally aired on the Sportsman Channel 12/29/14.
