Cam Edwards speaks with Dave Kopel, Research Director for the Independence Institute about two recent gun-related controversies. The first arose from an article titled "Reading the Constitution: Originalism That Defies History" by Dennis Henigan in The Huffington Post. Kopel responds to the piece and false accusations that the GOP was somehow imposing a narrow interpretation of the document by reading it at the opening of the 112th Congressional Session. In other news, Maryland's highest court ruled that there is no Second Amendment right protected for gun owners outside of the home. Kopel explains how the Heller decision contests that idea.
