Cam Edwards speaks with Dave Kopel, Research Director at the Independence Institute, about China's restrictive gun laws and the way the firearms industry is conducted in the country. Kopel explains that because the Chinese military is also a business, arms are sold around the world to warlords and criminals in places such as Mexico, but they are not required to put serial numbers on their weapons as in the U.S. In the meantime, citizens of China must pay off or know the right people in order to use shooting ranges and own guns in their country since the government has recently cracked down on gun ownership.
