CSU Students Protest Gun Ban

Fort Collins sees strong opposition to the recent campus carry ban. Cam Edwards speaks with Tony Fabian, president of the Colorado State Shooting Association, about student activists at Colorado State University (CSU) who are receiving national attention for protesting the recent change made by the CSU Board of Governors banning the students' right to self-defense. Fabian says the university's paternalistic attitude on this issue is demeaning to CSU students, and the university does not have the authority to enact this measure in the first place according to the state's shall-issue laws.
