On tonight's Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards reports that a Des Moines, Iowa man who crashed into a state trooper's car during a high-speed chase has a lengthy criminal history. 26-year-old Justin Jacob previously fled from police in 2003 in a chase that resulted in the death of a Davis County sheriff's deputy. Although he was charged with vehicular homicide, Jacob was released from jail after about five years.
