On tonight's Deal of the Day, a jury in Pontiac, Michigan convicted Keyon Timmons, 30, of attempted murder and seven other counts in the shooting of five-year-old Jordayna Barrett. Timmons, who shot the girl in the face while attempting to confront her aunt, is a convicted murderer who served seven years and two months for the killing and was out on parole. He now faces the possibility of life in prison.
