As of July 1, 2011, Wyoming is the fourth state in the U.S., along with Alaska, Vermont and Arizona, to allow law-abiding citizens the right to carry concealed firearms without a concealed-carry permit. Constitutional Carry in Wyoming does require that citizens be over 21 and law-abiding, and it does not allow carry in places where it was already illegal such as schools, churches and bars. Cam Edwards speaks with Kit Jennings about the new law and some anti-gun local reactions that are still occurring. Originally aired 7/1/2011.
