The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act Improvements Act was recently passed by the U.S. House of Representatives and now heads to President Obama to be signed into law. This legislation amends issues with the original Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act and will make it easier for retired law enforcement officers to carry a firearm.
