Concealed Carry Booming in SD

Permits up, reciprocity up and South Dakota is still going strong. Cam Edwards speaks with State Liaison Darren Goens about the good news from South Dakota where Goens says pro-gun enthusiasm is "nothing new." This year almost 17,000 concealed carry permits were issued by sheriffs throughout the state, 15.6% more than in 2008. Goens also reports that South Dakota has right-to-carry reciprocity agreements with 26 states, and state lawmakers continue to actively pursue more.
