Concealed Carry At Colorado State

President of the Colorado State Shooting Association (CSSA) Tony Fabian talks to Cam Edwards about the recent decision by the Colorado State University Board of Governors to ban campus concealed carry, despite the fact that it has been in place since 2003 without any problems. Fabian points out that not only does this vote contradict the student government's decision, but it also fails to conform to state law. Public universities do not fall into any of the categories of institutions allowed to prohibit guns, and the University of Colorado was only allowed to ban campus carry because of specific qualities of its charter and leadership which Colorado State University lacks.
