The University of Colorado (CU) in Boulder has appealed an appellate court ruling that the campus gun ban is unconstitutional. The CU Board of Regents claims that they have the authority to make the call as to whether or not the right-to-carry firearms on campus is legal. Cam Edwards speaks with Jim Manley, attorney with Students for Concealed Carry on Campus and the Mountain States Legal Foundation, who says the law clearly states otherwise: right-to-carry holders are allowed to carry anywhere in the state except those areas that are specifically specified, and university campuses are not included.
