The Colorado Court of Appeals recently ruled that college campuses are not exempt from the Colorado Concealed Carry Act and must comply with the state's shall-issue right-to-carry preemption laws. In realization that they "don't have a legal leg to stand on," the Colorado State University System Board of Governors today voted unanimously to rescind the February 23, 2010 campus carry ban that has been challenged by Students for Concealed Carry on Campus. Tony Fabian of the Colorado State Shooting Association joins Cam Edwards to discuss the excellent news. Originally aired 5/5/2010.
