President of the Colorado State Shooting Association (CSSA) Tony Fabian talks to Cam Edwards about bills in the state's Congress. Governor Bill Ritter continues to argue for a tax on firearm sales, although it appears at this point that most legislators are not in support of the idea. Fabian also discusses Senate Bill 51, which would keep the state from suspending Second Amendment rights in the case of an emergency, and House Bill 1094, which seeks to expand the Castle Doctrine beyond residences. Finally, administrators at Colorado State University have yet to defend the legal basis of their gun ban, which is slated to take effect by the end of the spring semester.
