At the annual meeting of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, panelists advised that college and university gun ban policies be worded carefully in order to "stand up in court," designating campuses as "unique environments" where emotions and partying can run high. Cam Edwards speaks with Second Amendment attorney and scholar Steve Halbrook who explains that these arguments are ridiculous because nothing about college campuses changes the responsibility or the capacity of law-abiding citizens.
