The Ohio Supreme Court has ordered the City of Cleveland to stop the enforcement of 19 local gun control ordinances including an assault weapons ban and other restrictions. The laws were at odds with an Ohio state preemption law barring municipalities from creating gun control ordinances like these. Ginny Simone speaks with Attorney Ken Hanson, who represented Buckeye Firearms Association in the lawsuit, about the victory. Originally aired 5/25/2011.
