The Ohio State Supreme Court has ruled to uphold state preemption laws that state that cities and municipalities do not have the right to regulate guns with local ordinances. In a lawsuit filed by the Buckeye Firearms Association (BFA) and the NRA, the City of Cleveland has been ordered to stop the enforcement of 19 gun control ordinances.
