NRA Deputy General Counsel Stefan Tahmassebi discusses a case with a North Carolina man being charged with a crime after following the law. Although the man had immediately shown his carry permit, the police still charged him with failing to disclose that he holds a valid concealed carry permit while carrying a concealed handgun. He was also charged with having an expired license plate. "Everything he had done in regards to the firearm was perfectly lawful," says Tahmassebi. Originally aired 3/16/2011.
