Following the ruling in McDonald v. City of Chicago that applied the Second Amendment to the states and legalized registered guns in Chicago specifically, David Lawson, a firearms collector, went to register his rifles with the city. Though his guns were entirely legal, the city refused him and forced Lawson to sue Chicago to enforce its own ordinance. Cam Edwards speaks with Joel Brodsky, Lawson's attorney, about their victory-which included a comical demonstration of gun ignorance in the courtroom. Originally aired 8/10/2011.
