Chicago Gun Buyback

City exchanges $100 bank cards for guns. Yes, the banned ones. Richard Pearson, the executive director of the Illinois State Rifle Association (ISRA) joins Cam Edwards by phone to discuss Chicago Mayor Richard Daley's gun buyback event and the problems that will render it ineffective. Pearson points out that criminals are only going to bring in guns if they know they will be melted down and not traced and, as guns have been banned legally in the city since 1982, supposedly no one else has any guns to give.
