Chicago Files Brief In McDonald Case

On this edition of the Civil Rights Roundup, NRA Civil Rights Attorney Stefan Tahmassebi talks with Cam Edwards about the recent brief filed by the City of Chicago in opposition to Second Amendment incorporation. The brief argues that the Fourteenth Amendment due process clause in the U.S. Constitution does not favor incorporation of the Second Amendment to the states. Tahmassebi explains that arguing this point requires a creative interpretation of the text regarding phraseology stating that an incorporated right should be "implicit in the concept of ordered liberty."
