The county attorney in Yellowstone County, Montana has announced that charges will not be filed against a man who defended himself against a coworker last summer. On tonight's Hero of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Billings, MT where a fight broke out between two employees at a Walmart. When Danny Lira, 32, attacked Craig Schmidt, 49, during the altercation and punched him into a corner, Schmidt pulled his legally owned gun and shot him, wounding Lira in the forehead. Schmidt was initially arrested at the scene, but released for good on the grounds of Montana's Castle Doctrine law.
