While a bill to repeal the costly and ineffective government-imposed regulation of all rifles and shotguns in the country has been gaining momentum, Bernardo reports that committees have managed to pass a motion to kill the bill to repeal the registry--which has ignited a whole new string of debates and hearings starting next month.
