On this edition of Deal of the Day, Cam Edwards shares a story from Toronto, Canada where 5 individuals with crimes ranging from drug possession, gun possession, resisting arrest, attempted murder, assault, sexual assault and armed robbery were sentenced a total of 60 days jail time. All five of the criminals are under 18, so their sentences are based on restorative rather than retributive justice. Statistics show that "other sentences", which include absolute and conditional discharges, counseling programs and deferred custody and supervision are up across the board. Originally aired 10/31/11.
