Election law attorney Cleta Mitchell talks to Cam Edwards at Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) 2010 in Washington, DC. Mitchell discusses the effects of the US Supreme Court's ruling in Citizens United v. FEC, which eliminates restrictions on corporate speech. She says that although liberal media outlets imply that corporate giants and foreign companies will reap the benefits of the change in law, it will primarily make it easier for small businesses and grassroots organizations including the NRA to make their voices heard.
