Tonight, the Columbus City Council will consider nearly a dozen gun control ordinances initiated by Mayor Andrew Ginther. They include banning bump stocks and other firearms accessories, banning the sale of imitation guns to minors and banning gun sales in neighborhoods. NRA board member Sean Maloney of Buckeye Firearms Association says he's reviewed the proposals and they either duplicate current law or violate state firearms preemption law. The association stands ready to file a lawsuit if any ordinance violates state law or otherwise infringes Second Amendment rights. Sean urges gun owners to attend the meeting and make their voices heard in defense of gun rights. Originally aired on Cam & Co 04/26/18.
