The Detroit City Council has passed unanimously a "Bullet Bill" resolution that would limit the purchase of ammunition, require a mental health screening and add an additional tax to fund conflict resolution education and the victims of gun violence. Rick Ector of Rick's Firearm Academy of Detroit says it's not an ordinance; it's a public declaration of what the gun grabbers want. The state has firearms preemption law that expressly forbids this kind of anti-gun local law. But that doesn't stop the posturing and the "so sue me" attitude. Rick says gun owners must stay resolute in defending their Second Amendment rights. Originally aired on Cam & Co 11/21/18.
