Tim Lee is the senior vice president of legal and public affairs at the Center for Individual Freedom. He describes how Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch has signaled that he has an even broader Second Amendment interpretation than the late Antonin Scalia. Tim says that Justice Scalia gave too many concessions when he said that the Second Amendment was not unlimited. Judge Gorsuch was not willing to buy into some of Scalia's limiting language in the Heller decision about weapons that are most useful in military service that may be banned.
