Less Government president Seton Motley writes at RedState about the violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment that took place during the Obama Administration. A case in point was the effort to increase the power of the FCC by changing the rules on data collection and sales. Internet service providers were restricted while giants like Google and Facebook were left to makes billions through the practice. Now Rep. Marsha Blackburn has introduced a privacy bill that affects all data collection equally – and Google and Facebook are livid. Seton says that they like big government right up it affects them.
