Wisconsin legislators have introduced the Right to Carry Act. It would eliminate the need for a state-issued permit in order to carry a firearm concealed. The constitutional carry bill also creates a basic license that allows parents to pick up and drop off their children at school. NRA-ILA media liaison Amy Hunter says that the law only expands the rights of law-abiding citizens. You can put on a coat or use a purse without worrying about becoming an accidental offender.
