Tim Lee is the senior vice president of legal and public affairs at the Center for Individual Freedom. He discusses the disputes that have arisen about the Electoral College since the election of Donald Trump. Although bitter Democrats have tried everything they can to beg or intimidate electors against voting for Trump, few will be "faithless electors." Abolishing the college would require an amendment to the Constitution; few states would ratify it and give up their ability to influence the election of the president. The actions by Democrats have really been an effort to discredit Trump's presidency. Originally aired on Cam & Co 12/19/16.
