Tony Bernardo: Quebec Long Gun Registry Data Must Be Destroyed

The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled that the federal government may destroy Quebec's long gun registry data. Other provinces destroyed their data when federal law eliminated the registry in 2012. Quebec fought back in court to preserve and use the data.
