As lawmakers work to address sexual assault on campus, author and CNN host S.E. Cupp writes that "Guns for Women on Campus Make Sense." Calling for an end to "gun-free zones" that make everyone vulnerable, she says that self-defense with Campus Carry should be part of the solution, transcending politics. Cupp explains that Campus Carry laws are intended to expand the area in which concealed carry permit holders can exercise their right of self-defense, not to put a gun into the hand of every college student. Further, she says that campus sexual assaults should be the domain of the criminal justice system, not school policies. Originally aired on NRA News Cam & Co 02/24/15.
