Twenty-three attorneys general, led by Montana Attorney General Tim Fox, have called on the BATFE to permanently discard its proposed reclassification and ban of M855 green-tip ammunition. The agency has withdrawn the proposal for "further study," but could resurrect it at any time. A.G. Fox says that "the proposed ban doesn't belong on the shelf, it belongs in the shredder." He reports that all 23 attorneys general have checked their statistics, and there is no evidence that such an ammo ban would make law enforcement any safer. He explains that the real issue is the Obama administration's hostility for the Second Amendment. Originally aired on NRA News Cam & Co 03/19/15.
