Controversy continues to surround Indiana's new Religious Freedom Restoration Act, a bill similar to those passed by nineteen other states and the federal government. Mollie Hemingway, senior editor of The Federalist, explains that the state laws were passed when the federal law was ruled not to apply on a state level.
