New York's Trinity Wall Street Church wants shareholders in Wal-Mart to vote on a resolution calling for a board review of the company's sales of modern sporting rifles. A district court agreed with Trinity, and required that the proposal be included in corporate ballots. Wal-Mart is fighting back, and will appear before an appeals court in early April. Jonathan Hoenig, managing member of Capitalist Pig Asset Management, discusses Wal-Mart's fight to continue the unfettered sales of firearms in its stores.
