Every day, criminals are beating the system and getting back on the streets. The latest example is from Albuquerque, New Mexico. When a man walks up to a fast food counter to check on the status of his job application, he instead draws a gun and robs the restaurant. He and an accomplice are stopped by police for reckless driving. The accomplice, who has seven felony convictions, is taken to the hospital due to her advanced pregnancy.
