NRA News investigative reporter Ginny Simone brings good news. Charges have been dropped against New Jersey retired schoolteacher Gordon Van Gilder. He was facing up to 10 years in prison for having a 300-year-old antique flintlock pistol in his car. Van Gilder's attorney is Evan Nappen, who updates the story that went viral on the Internet. Nappen notes that the state's gun laws apply to antiques as well, as they were written with no consideration for the Second Amendment. He commends Ginny for producing the report that allowed so many to learn about Van Gilder's story. Ginny says that Van Gilder is now moving from the state because of his experience, joining other gun owners who are leaving because of its gun control laws.
