New York Times best-selling author Frank Miniter discusses anti-gun legislators and their efforts to force technology on gun owners. For example, the recently introduced Handgun Trigger Safety Act attempts to require "smart gun" technology that would cause a gun to fire only if it recognizes the shooter as an authorized user. Miniter explains that such efforts are another way to ban guns, since the technology does not exist. He says that the net effect of such mandates is to discourage firearms companies from investing in such technology. Originally aired on NRA News Cam & Co 06/09/15.
