Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe has vetoed a number of important pro-gun bills, and sent back others with his recommendations for changes. SB 948 would have prohibited sharing information on concealed carry permit holders with law enforcement in states that do not have reciprocity agreements with Virginia. SB 1137 would have stopped local ordinances banning concealed carry permit holders from transporting a loaded rifle or shotgun. David Adams, legislative committee chairman of the Virginia Shooting Sports Association calls on gun owners to contact their senators, and ask them to vote to override the vetoes.
