Daniel Reid: Enforcement Needed for Arizona Firearms Preemption Law

In Arizona, Senate Bill 1291, state firearms preemption, is scheduled to be heard by the House Military Affairs and Public Safety Committee. The legislation would improve the state's ability to declare local regulations as unlawful, and provide penalties for knowingly creating such rules. Daniel Reid, NRA-ILA Arizona state liaison, says that current law is clear, but the enforcement process is convoluted, and must be improved. Originally aired on the Sportsman Channel 03/11/15.
