Daniel Carey, NRA-ILA Colorado and West Virginia state liaison, discusses the decision by West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin to veto Senate Bill 347. The legislation would have eliminated the permit requirement for concealed carry in the state. He says that there was a great deal of misinformation about the bill, and unfortunately, it was used by the governor. He is optimistic that the bill can be passed in the future. Later, he discusses legislation passed by the Colorado Senate that would repeal the state's new background checks. The anti-gun Speaker of the House has assigned the bill to the House State, Veterans, and Military Affairs Committee, commonly referred to as the "kill committee."
