West Virginia Senate Bill 347, Permitless Carry, has been passed unanimously out of the Senate Judiciary Committee. The committee made acceptable technical changes to the Constitutional Carry bill in order to clear up confusion with law enforcement officials. Daniel Carey, NRA-ILA state liaison for West Virginia, reports that the NRA-backed bill has already had its first reading in the Senate. He explains that the bill adds to, but does not replace the current concealed carry law. Originally aired on the Sportsman Channel 02/25/15.
