In West Virginia, the House and Senate have passed Senate Bill 347, permitless carry. The legislation keeps the current concealed carry law in place for state-to-state reciprocity, but allows law-abiding residents to carry concealed without the need of permit. NRA-ILA West Virginia state liaison Daniel Carey calls on viewers to contact Governor Earl Ray Tomblin, and urge him to sign the legislation into law.
