A. Barton Hinkle is an editorial writer and columnist at the Richmond Times-Dispatch. At Reason, he has written about the First Amendment in, "The Death of Free Speech on College Campuses." He discusses recent incidents on campuses in which the American flag was banned, free speech was labeled hate speech, and a student group that refused to attend sensitivity training on the proper use of pronouns was deemed to have committed an act of violence. Hinkle says that it would be possible to write such an article every week, given the number of incidents around the country. Originally aired on NRA News Cam & Co 03/19/15.
