The law cannot be implemented due to continuing complications. NRA-ILA California state liaison Ed Worley joins Cam Edwards by phone to discuss recent reports that the state's microstamping law continues to hit legal snags that prevent the anti-gun legislation from taking effect. Worley says that two main issues continue to stand in the way. First, only one person in the state owns the technology, creating an illegal monopoly. Second, by California law, they have to show that microstamping technology works-a feat anti-gunners have not yet accomplished.
