NRA-ILA California State Liaison Ed Worley talks to Cam Edwards about two harmful bills moving through the state legislature. Assembly Bill 1934, which would ban open carry, was voted through the Senate Public Safety Committee and is headed to the Senate Appropriations Committee. Assembly Bill 2223, which would ban lead ammunition on state land, was narrowly defeated but is up for reconsideration next week. Both bills merit the outspoken opposition of Second Amendment supporters. Worley also reminds listeners that Assembly Bill 1810, which would set up a mandatory long-gun registry, is headed to committee next week. Originally aired 6/22/2010.
