CA Pushes Hunting Bill

Legislation would protect hunting rights in the state constitution. Ginny Simone speaks with California Assemblyman Bill Berryhill about ACA 11, a proposed amendment to the California constitution that would essentially grant hunters the same rights as fisherman have with fishing, allowing them the right to hunt and take game freely in the state. Assemblyman Berryhill says he is optimistic that this bill might pass as similar legislation has passed in sixteen other states to preserve the hunting tradition for future generations of Americans.
