A law requiring that microstamping technology be applied to California guns beginning January 1, 2010 has hit too many snags to fly thus far. Ginny Simone speaks with Second Amendment Attorney Chuck Michel about the many problems with this gun control law and the NRA's opposition to these regulations that has been made known to the California Department of Justice. Among the issues are the fact that the technology is costly and undependable in its implementation, but also the patent holder for the technology is currently the only person who would stand to benefit if the law goes into effect-and that is against state law until another source for the technology is found.
