California Governor Larry Brown recently signed Senate Bill 610, legislation that eliminates subjectivity in what is considered "good cause" for the issuing of a concealed carry license. The new law will also require that a reason be declared when license applications are denied. These reasons will remain on record and can be used as legal precedent in future claims. California civil rights attorney Chuck Michel talks with Cam Edwards about S.B. 610 as well as the City of Fresno, CA and plans to introduce the Citizen Concealed Weapons Act.
