CA City Repeals Anti-Gun Law

Ordinance banning magazines that hold over 10 rounds is voted down. Cam Edwards speaks with Ed Worley, NRA-ILA State Liaison, about the recent vote by the Richmond City Council to take the ordinance off the books after they were made aware that it was in violation of state preemption laws. The ordinance was initially passed in 2007, but the City was served with a pre-litigation demand letter by the lawyers of the NRA and CRPA Foundation stating that a lawsuit could be filed if the council did not opt to repeal the ordinance.
